Hitch does not charge account opening fees, maintenance fees, or prepayment penalties.
Hitch charges an origination fee, which covers the coast for your application to be processed and to provide you with a loan. The fee is 2% of the credit line amount for HELOCs and 3% of the loan amount for HELOANs.
Fees you may be responsible for: credit report, manual notarization (if your county doesn't permit eNotary), recording fees, or a subordination fee to change lien position of your HELOC or HELOAN.
